Cinnabun Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2003
If you're a fan of cinnamon buns, you'll love these cookies! They taste exactly like little cinnamon buns in the form of a cookie! DIVINE! Instead of putting the cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter mixture under the cookies, I put it on top, so you don't have to worry about burning, or the cookies sticking!

Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2003
I followed other people's suggestion of using an extra 1/4 cup of flour and 2 eggs and they turned out fabulous! I thought they'd be the type that held their shape (that's what I was looking for) but they ended up spreading to about double their size! At first I was dissapointed, but the taste made up for it! I made some with jam in the center and they were even better!

Golden Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2003
Great tasting, but the recipe could use a few alterations. First, cream the butter and sugars before adding the rest of the ingredients. Next, double the recipe because it only makes about half of the amount it says. Also, mine baked in 6 minutes. These are yummy cookies though! When I took them out of the oven they were much darker than the usual so I thought they'd be hard and dry, but wuite the contrary! They were slightly crispy on the edges and moist and chewy in the center! Yahoo!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2002
These are the best and chewiest chocolate chip cookie that I have ever tasted. When I made mine I melted the sugars in with the butter and I used white chocolate chips and broken up smarties. I also replaced the vanilla with almond extract. I made mine only about half the size of the one in the recipe and they took only 9 minutes to bake. They are so moist and chewy and very very tastey. They are way better than any Felix and Norton cookie I've ever had!

Spiced Apple Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2002
MMMM, MMMM, YUMMY! These are the most scrumptious apple muffins I've ever tasted! They're so yummy and moist, I love the texture! They puffed up so nicely! I doubled the recipe and still only made 12, they're better this way. The more apples the better. Yum Yum.

Lighter Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2002
I've made banana muffins many times, and I must say that these are the ultimate! They were moist and delicious! I added a few more bananas and had to cook them for a little longer, but it was worth the wait! I was impressed by the way they puffed up so well! I also made muffin tops with this recipe, simply by plopping the dough in cirles on a baking sheet! Scrumptious!

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2002
Wow! I was so surprised how these turned out! They're just as good, if not better, than the ones in the store! They were really easy to make and only took a short time! I used swiss milk chocolate with nougat and it turned out heavenly! Great recipe!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2002
This is the best bread in the universe! My whole family and all my friends have become addicted to it since the first time that I made it, and now I have to bake it by the dozen! It's moist and very flavourful! The cinnamon swirl is the highlight, so don't skip that step! I love it toasted with peanut butter! It's delicious! When I make it, I use two cups of raisins and add a bunch of cinnamon to the dough. I also make it with half whole wheat flour. It's the best this way. To enhance your eating pleasure, I reccomend unrolling it as you eat it! Aaaaaah, irresistable! I also tried a funky variation! Instead of putting in raisins, I used three chopped up Granny Smith apples! It tasted great!
