Avocado Smoothie
DELICIOUS! After being told by my doctor that I need more fat in my diet, my first instinct was to turn to some kind of avocado dish. It is EXTREMELY smooth and creamy to the point where it was almost worth eating it with a spoon. However, I did make a few changes. I used 1/2 cup (Fage) greek yogurt and a 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. I used half a frozen banana for sweetness and creaminess and only 4 ice cubes. Everyone should definitely try this!

Sarah's Applesauce
Excellent! I doubled the recipe and put it in my slow cooker, ad after 3 hours, it only took three mixes from my spoon for it to resemble apple sauce. I omitted the sugar, because I don't think it's necessary, and it was perfect! I've always hated buying applesauce, and this is a perfect and more delicious option!

Classic Waffles
BEST. WAFFLES. EVER. After many years of Eggo waffles and different premade mixes, I decided it was time to make REAL waffles. These are literally the best things I have ever tasted! However, being the kind of person I am, I used applesauce instead of butter, only 1/8 t. of salt, honey instead of sugar, and whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose. With a it of real maple syrup on the side, it turned out to be a fantastic breakfast. Definitely making them again!
