Original Ranch Pork Chops

Thighs on Rice

Very good! Had to cook longer than recipe stated. The rice had such a nice flavor and the chicken was so moist. This dish heats up well, which is good for this family working different shifts!

Poor Man's Chicken Fried Steak

I just finished making this and it was absolutely wonderful! I did add salt and pepper to everything from mixing the burgers, the eggs, the flour and the gravy. This was so easy, I will be making again. Thanks for the recipe!!

Ranch-Style Thighs

Pork Chops and Dirty Rice

The porkchops turned out a little dry. But the rice turned out WONDERFUL. My husband cleaned the dish and wanted more rice! Going to cook again soon!
