All Day Macaroni and Cheese
The concept of this dish is great! I made it with some changes: like I didn't pre-cook the macaroni, no eggs, and watched the slow cooker and did open the lid to test it al-dente; this is something one needs to test for themselves as all slow cookers are vastly different in temperature profiles. If you do this, I believe you will get a desirable product-you may be surprised to find your M&C done in ~1.5 hours instead of 5. Also, it tends to be firm according to the listed ingredients. Many dishes are really 'overcooked' in the slow cooker; however, that's the price to pay for the 'all day' convenience.

Grapeseed Oil Crust
I have to wonder about some recipes; if people really have tried them as stated, or if they tend to not work with a recipe at all, and they just sort of guess at the quantities in these recipes and write down anything if asked for a recipe. Well, my experience with this grapeseed crust was less than stellar. Firstly, the grapeseed oil never froze to any degree of hardness at all. I left it in my freezer for 24 hours too(my freezer does work). It stayed a cold, thick liquid. Ok, bad for a flakey pie crust. Secondly, 3/4 cup oil was way to much oil for the amount of dry ingredients.

Fresh Peach Cobbler I
I think that a hot fresh peach cobbler is about as close to heaven as one can get! This recipe was easy, low in sugar and fat(sort of) and with fresh, fresh peaches came out wonderful. I substituted 1/4 cup whole wheat flour for white flour with the topping too. I will certainly make this one again and again.
