Great recipe! I've made it twice, once using the "soak in the pan" idea from previous reviews. The second time I just poured the glaze over the top, following the recipe exactly & it turned out just as good, if not better - and it was much easier. It hardened up pretty well, and everyone loved it. Using a pastry brush to brush the glaze on the sides seems to yield the same result/thickness of the glaze. I also used brown sugar, and both times only used about 1/2... so next time I'd only make 1/2 - 3/4 the amount of glaze as indicated in the recipe.
