Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
Haven't made these yet, but now that I've finally found it I will. I first had these at a Thanksgiving breakfast. My boss called them a heart attack on a stick. :) they were so yummy! I can't wait to make them myself!!

General Tsao's Chicken II

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
This is so yummy! I substitute arrowroot powder for the cornstarch, it does the same thing without the GMO or when I didn't have either I used our herb flour mixture both ways turned out yummiful! I only use 4 chilli peppers as I don't care for hot food but I still like the flavor of them. It's so nice that my gluten-free brother can eat General Tsao's chicken again! :)

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
This is super yummyful! I always have to double the recipe to make enough for my family. Don't worry about having extra filling, just stuff jumbo shells with it for dinner the next night :) Next time I will add bacon and cook spinach before adding it to the recotta mixture, other than that I wouldn't change a thing!

Best No-Bake Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2011
Super easy and tastes good, so I recomend it anyone who wants to make something yummy without putting much effort into it... personally I don't care for "no-bake" cheesecakes... I was just short on time... so I couldn't make a real, honest cheesecake... however this will do for tonight... all in all a good so-easy-it-takes-the-fun-out-of-it recipe... (It's not fun unless you have to work for it!)

Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Beef Bake

Reviewed: May 29, 2011
So the key to making this yummy is simple, make your own homemade Cream of Mushroom soup, add whatever veggies you want straight to the ground beef and cook them all up together good, add onions, use real mashed taters, make too much so that you have to use a 9x13 pan... bake it for 10 min add cheese and bake for another 7 and you come up with yumminess! :D

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
So... 5 stars because the recipe is a good one... I give my sister and myself 3 stars because... well... we had so many user errors it wasn't even funny... okay... it was pretty funny... anyway... they taste great :) ours aren't very pretty, and we foolishly tried to docker the batter because (I just now realized why) it wasn't sticking... tip... don't forget the baking powder... we also had a ton of extra batter so we mixed in some frozen corn and some chopped onion and made corn fritters :) All are yummy, dispite the blonde user errors! ;)

This is yummiful. Used Frozen strawberries, and they did the trick. We had no leftovers! :)

Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken with Onion Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
WOW!!! I'd never had feta cheese before and... WOW! This was so good! I had to triple the recipe to feed 9 people, next time I will triple the number of chicken breasts, and quadruple the amout of filling so that I can stuff them more full. But really just with a modist amount of filling this was really reallly good! Oh... and due to being short on time I couldn't make the taters :( but I really wanted to...

Ham Tetrazzini

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
Yummifulness! Only change I made was double the recipe, and to add 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped frozen mixed peppers... I asked my mother if pimento peppers were hot, and she said they were... so I didn't use them, because I don't do "hot" also I just guessed on the onion and the shredded cheese ;) I made homemade cream of mushroom soup to go in it :)

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
We have made these twice now. The first time we doubled the recipe and it was not nearly enough! We made them to take to Sunday school with us (dad's class, mom's class and we took the rest to mine, college&career age) We made them again and tripled the recipe. Both times we split the dough into 3 parts and made one regular, one we added 1/4 cup coco powder to the filling, and the third we added chopped apples to the filling. We used a vanilla frosting on the regular and the apple, and then we made a chocolate frosting for the chocolate ones. Our youth pastor asked twice if we would make them the second time! :) So we did. We did have to leave them out of the fidge for 30-40 minutes to rise on saturday night then we baked them and fosted them sunday morning before church!

Pizza Swirls

These were great! I made exactly like the recipe said too besides leaving out the olives and chopping the pepperoni into smaller pieces also I used green onions due to a random freak of nature in which we ran out of normal onions!

So, I'm not a big fan for microwaves... so I did everything as directed in our double boiler. Took much longer but well worth the time!

Chocolate Covered Easter Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
So I made this and 3 other rescipes for Valentine's day to give out to ALL my friends :) all turned out good. I used the Baker's Chocolate and a double boiler to melt it down. One note however: 1 cup of coco is WAY too much. I dumped the whole cup in and turned my dough to powder. I gave up on the coconut flavor and tried a second time on coco ones, I added like an 8th or a 4th cup and it worked great. Still very chocolatey. Made them a second time already and they turned out great. The peanut butter ones taste just peanut butter cups! Yum!
