Pork Chops Over Rice
Too much cayanne pepper. Scale it back to about 1/2 tspn. Added sliced mushrooms and a pinch of saffron to brown rice. After that it was amazing . Calls for 2 cups chicken broth. I used 1.75 cups, the rest white wine ! . Delicious and easy one pan meal.

Chicken Thigh Fricassee with Mushrooms and Rosemary
A nice tasty recipe that you can make and serve whenever. I made it before going to work and had it for dinner. If you substitute green olives, DO NOT season with salt. Over rice or pasta, it's a crowd pleaser. I used skinless thighs and recommend you do likewise
