very tasty... followed exactly as is.... very important to let simmer for 2.5-3 hours for full effect and flavor.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2014
I did this in the slow cooker... worked great. I also did the 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 sweet baby rays bbq sauce.... I think next time I will try the full ketchup amount and add the bbq sauce OR just add 1/4-1/2 cup tomato sauce.

Too dry. Needed something added to make it more juicy or creamier.

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

Very good, very delicious, very moist. If you like a little "kick" to your food, I would use arrabiata sauce in place of the regular tomato sauce :)

Chicken with Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
delicious... Instead of taking the chicken out, I left it in the pan, let it brown and then add all the ingredients.... the key is letting the chicken brown first... Add the ingredients and then let it cook for awhile... the sauce will eventually vaporize and thicken.

Chocolate Cream Pudding

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
this was delicious and perfect for the chocolate lover... read the reviews about the egg first, everything is very true! Make sure to continue stirring your pudding. Cools quickly and no need to wait hours to eat. I used cocoa powder instead and it was great! thanks for the recipe
