There isn't a lot about me, I am pretty basic. I have a son who is my inspiration and my world. I spend a lot of time with my family and cooking for my family. I love to cook anything, if its new and different, I want to try it. There aren't any cooking traditions in my family. In fact I am the only one other than my boyfriend that really knows how to cook. My mother and father never cooked when I was a child, the only one that did was my grandmother but she did not teach me, I am self-taught. Learning to cook is a triumph for me in general and I am very proud of what I have learned and continue to improve and embrace it. I haven't had any tragedies yet, I am sure they are to come but so far I focus so much on not screwing it up that I do pretty well.
