Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2003
This was outstanding: the best corn casserole I've ever had. Really tasty with the corn bread, great texture and nice presentation. I added a little salt and pepper before cooking but it would have been just as great as-is. This one's a keeper!

Spritz Cookies IV

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2002
Though this dough tasted good, it was IMPOSSIBLE to work with when it was chilled. Most cookie presses call for room temperature batter. I'm a bit disappointed.

Cheesy Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2002
This is the best green bean casserole I've ever made...I had many requests for the recipe. VERY tasty, excellent consistency. Nice slight variation from the "traditional" recipe. I'll definitely make it again and again and again....

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2002
All I can say is OMIGOD! This is the best fudge I've ever had...and I'm an expert! I had to make 3 batches in 2 days just to keep up the demand from friends, kids, and family. You can't miss out with this one. A+++++!

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2002
This was a really good recipe: cookies didn't flatten out, stayed moist with browned edges, very easy to assemble and the dough was the best I've ever tasted!

simply delicious...one of my very favorite recipes. Try throwing in a few dried cranberries for a little variation. YUM!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2002
Very bland cookies. Not especially chewy, either. I like the original receipe for toll house cookies much better. I won't make these again.

Apple Crumble Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2002
Not bad but the ingredients were too much for just one pie. I had enough for two. The crumb topping was a bit bland. I'll try it again next time by spicing it up a little.

This was my first apple pie ever and I LOVE it as does the rest of my family. Sauce is to die for, very easy to assemble. I'm making it again next week. Thanks, Rebecca!

Sophie's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2002
Needs some sprucing up...very bland. I put yellow raisins in mine which helped a little but I wouldn't recommend reducing the sugar. Try adding some all spice or nutmeg to spice it up. Texture is nice, but I think increasing the zuccini is a bit too much.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2002
Absolutely delicious, moist, flavorful bread. Big hit with family. One suggestion: four loaves from one batch of batter is too much. Loaves come out too small. Try 2 or 3. You won't be sorry...freezes great, too! A+

Melt in Your Mouth Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2002
Overnight soaking gives chicken great flavor...quite salty, though. Try using low sodium soy sauce. Smells terrific on the grill and gives meat nice, golden color. Overall, very tasty and SO easy!

Nana's Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2002
Very tasty..try adding 1/2c chopped walnuts to crumb mixture and mixing half of crumb mixture to apples then other half on top before baking. Adding dried cranberries/yellow raisins to apples is a nice variety. LOVE this recipe..especially with Granny Smiths.
