Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
OMG. I love this recipe. I have made this about a dozen times. It is great as it but I have been making modifications lately and like it even more! I add - about a cup of chopped cilantro, a can of black beans, an extra diced onion or two and the whole big jar of salsa. I serve it with sour cream, more salsa, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, white rice. Super tasty! You can also add a can of jalapenos if you want to kick it up. Really tasty. Super easy! Oh and we have used the filling for fahitas and tacos too. I make my own taco seasoning mix so the sodium is cut. I could eat this every day! Makes tones of leftovers!

Mom's Best Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
These were pretty good. I added extra seasoning to the crackers and may have pan fried a bit too long. I had potatoes in at 425 so the pork chops cooked in 15 mins and were perfectly done. I am not sure how I would have corrected but the underside was not really crispy just the top and the surrounds.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2012
Easy, quick and hands free. Works for me on a busy night with kiddies. I doubled garlic, ginger and used light soya and added extra 1/3 cup water to make sauce go further. Ate over white rice. Everyone loved including 4 year old.

I mixed them while cooling on the foil so they did not stick! They were so good! You can use whatever nuts you have!

Love these. I have made as is and they were very good. I now add orange zest, vanilla and sometimes white chocolate chips. Very good with any or all of the additions. Make a double batch!
