Seven Layer Dip I

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2002
This is a great recipe, fairly easy to make, and delicious to eat. My husband ate half of it in one sitting. I will make it again!

Absolutely Sinful Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2002
My husband really likes these cookies, especially the next day, when they are still chewy. I also enjoyed them, but they stuck to the baking sheets.

Beth's Scalloped Cabbage

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2002
Next time I make this, I will double everything but the cabbage. We're not huge cabbage fans in my family, so the more cheesy crumbly topping, the better.

Cottage Cheese Bread II

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2002
Be forewarned - this makes more than 1 & 1/2 lbs of bread! I have a 1 & 1/2 lb breadmaker, and the dough from this recipe grew over and down the sides of the pan. The bread that I was able to salvage was good - very light, fluffy and tasty. My family loved it. Unfortunately, it made such a huge mess in my breadmaker which took so long to clean up that I have a grudge against this recipe now.

Chocolate Chip Marble Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2002
These are good cookies, but... not the cookie for my family. They don't have that sweet tollhouse cookie taste to them. While it was fun to try something different, I won't be making them again.
