Pseudo Sourdough for the Bread Machine
Enjoyable loaf of bread. Like others have already mentioned, despite the title, I detected no hint of sourdough flavor. If you disregard the somewhat misleading recipe title, then the loaf itself works as directed and tastes very good. It has a bright white color with a soft texture and slightly crusty exterior.

Maple Roast Turkey
Delicious recipe. Mine took a bit longer to reach the proper temperature, but was worth the wait. This is the second year in a row I have made this recipe with tasty results. The flavor of the butter really makes this recipe special.

Baja Stuffed Potatoes
I thought these were amazing! There were just a bit spicy, but not overpowering. For children, you could easily use regular Monterey Jack cheese instead of the kind with the hot peppers. These were fairly easy to make and really have a delicious taste. They also look nice when they come out of the oven. Great BBQ fare!
