Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Everyone loves these cookies!! I have read reviews and tweaked it as I've kept making it but, to me, that's just what happens when a lot of people bake the same thing! I DOUBLE the peanut butter because, even doubled, it is not overwhelming peanut butter. I reduce the flour by 1/4 cup. I switch the brown sugar and white sugar measurements...I have found that doing this makes them look more like a cookie and less like a ball! I chill the dough in the freezer (because I am impatient!) for 10 min. before and then in the 'fridge while another sheet bakes. I use a cookie scoop--much faster! I bake them for 10 min. at 375....and they turn out perfectly! So CHEWY and delicious! I have been told I should sell them in a bakery! Mmmm!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
Way too much salt!! I would at LEAST half it next time! Also, if you don't want cookie balls, you must press the balls down (I used the underside of a big spoon). Maybe a seasoned sugar maker would know that, but I realized it halfway through! Other than that...delicious!!!!! PERFECT texture...slightly crunchy on the outside with a soft/cake-y inside...mmmmmm....almost makes up for too much salt! lol

Apple Crisp II
Wonderful recipe!! Awesome taste! After reading reviews, I added a little less than half the water. I also added sweetened granola instead of oats (made the crust a little sweeter), substituted Crisco instead of butter, and added only about 3/4 cup sugar whenever it called for full cup. Turned out perfectly--not too sweet, but sweet eneough; just the right consistency, not to watery; and the apples were divine!
