French Onion Soup Gratinee
This is just wonderful, have made this many times. I generally use all sweet onions(no red), so I can skip the balsamic step. This soup is very forgiving.Have used red and white wine with great results. I do have one (hopefully)helpful hint;instead of sliding full soup bowls out of the oven, I simply broil the cheese on the bread and pop that on top of the bowls of soup. Much less stressful, only slightly less beautiful. Thanks for such a great recipe.

Quinoa Tabbouleh
This was so delicious. I didn't have a whole cup of quinoa,I had to add 1/2 cup of barley, but it was still very good. I omitted the carrots(no other changes) and served it stuffed in a soft warm pita with sliced avocado sprinkled with feta. I added a can of garbanzos to the leftovers. This recipe will be a frequent meal in our house.Thank you for posting this!

Charleston Red Rice
This recipe is authentic, easy and delicious. Red rice can be dry but this is moist every time and the variations are endless. I've added refrigerator odds and ends from chopped bell pepper to leftover oven fried cod pieces. It's forgiving and my husband loves it and wants it once a week. A keeper! Thanks for the recipe.
