Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
I followed exactly until I got to adding the cinnamon to the frosting and I added pumpkin spice instead....but OMG! These things are dangerous to have in the house. I wanted to give some to my husband to take to work and I was gonna take some to work, but I am not sure they will last until tomorrow :) Great recipe. Thank you for sharing!

Easy Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
I changed a bit with this recipe. I don't like chunks of tomato in my spaghetti so I just added about 12 oz of tomato sauce and eliminated the tomatos, paste and mushrooms. I really like the seasoning though. I will probably not buy spaghetti sauce in a can again. Thank you for the recipe.

Scrumptious Frosted Fudgy Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2011
I will give a longer review once I try them, but as a warning you must wait for the topping to be completely cooled and the brownies to be completely cooled!! I know they look delicious but please let them cool!!!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2011
I chose to replace the yogurt with sour cream. Other than that I followed the recipe. Due to my oven and location I only baked for 20 minutes. Very good!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2011
These brownies turned out awesome. I used a perfect brownie pan to bake them in. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the frosting. I was very confused. I ended up with a dry mess. It slowly got more wet as the butter melted but I ended up adding about two more tbsp in order to get it to a reasonable consistency. Then I added the frosting to a pampered chef decorater and put it in the fridge until the brownies were done. I frosted the brownies while they were warm (picture included) with the decorator and put a few sprinkles on. As the frosting warmed it started to glisten. Very pretty and very good. I may never buy box brownies again. Next time I may add chocolate chunks to the batter just to make them more chocolatey!! Love these!

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2011
Perfect!! Don't change anything and it will come out perfect. I used the vanilla glaze icing from this website and I don't think the cake will make it through the night :)

Baked Ziti III

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
The only reason this got 5 stars from me is because I couldn't give it 10! My husband does not usually like pasta and he ate this for a week straight! The only thing about it is that it makes way more than our little family can eat. Next time I may try and freeze some to put in the oven for later.

Mexican Pizza

Yah!! I love this recipe. The whole time I was reading the instructions to my husband he thought this was going to be terrible. But now he asks for it all the time! This was a hit!

Amish Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
I thought this dish was amazing!! My family enjoyed it quite a bit. We did not change anything about the recipe except the onion part. We used the dried onion instead of fresh onion. I already have it on my menu to make again! Thank you. When we move to North Dakota this will be an awesome cold Saturday morning breakfast to warm us up!

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
I thought this recipe was amazing. I made them per the recipe the first time and they were a hit. However, the second time I made them I made a few adjustments. I put 1/2 cup more oatmeal in (I like more oatmeal flavor) and minused 1/2 cup of the chips. I thought the white chocolate was a little too much so I exchanged it for the Reeses chips and they were delicious. This recipe will stay in my recipe box for a while :)
