Buffalo Chicken Dip
Delicious. I put ingredients in a pan and baked in the oven rather than a slow cooker, and the dip still turned out delicious. It disappeared very quickly!!

Easy Candy Yams
I was not a huge fan of these candied yams...and here's why. The brown sugar along with the caramel (I only added about half of the caramel) was WAY too sweet for me and my family. Also, as some other reviews have said, the amount of butter listed in the recipe made them absolutely swimming in grease. So, if you love melted butter and super syrupy sweetness, make them as the recipe states. Otherwise, I would suggest cutting the caramel down to just 1/4 of the jar, half the amount of butter, and add some pumpkin pie spice for flavor, as well.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I have made these cookies 3 times now with perfect success every time. This is an especially great recipe because the cookies do turn out soft, and stay that way! I have used butter instead of margarine all 3 times and they were still soft. I also tried the OJ instead of water once and didn't notice a huge difference...they are just so delicious. Definitely my favorite cookie recipe right now!
