Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2002
I doubled the recipe and used about 10 soft shells in a 9x13 pan. I added 1 can of each-cream of mushroom and cream of chicken, 1 cup fresh salsa instead of green chilies and added some chopped black olives to it. My family loved it!

Chicken Enchilada Soup II

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2002
My family loved this soup! The only thing I did different was add 1 cup of fresh salsa to give it more color. I also cut corn tortillas into thin strips and baked them in the oven for a few minutes. Then sprinkled grated cheese and the chips on top.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2004
I used 1/2 a bottle of Ranch (8oz) and instead of bottled hot sauce I let the shredded chicken sit in "Hooters 3-mile island"hot wing sauce for about an hour, draining off unused portion. If you like it hot, you will love this sauce!!!!!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2004
Great bread recipe! I also use it for breadsticks by decreasing the sugar by 1 Tbsp and using the dough cycle. You can add garlic and parmesan if you like. When dough is ready just roll out and slice into breadsticks and let rise and bake 375 for about 12-15 min.Brushing with (garlic)butter when done :)

This is now my husbands favorite coffee cake! The only thing I did different was to use creamy peanut butter for the crumble on top and crunchy (1-cup) for the cake part. Next time I might try it with chocolate chips in it.

Candy Bar Fudge

Taste like my favorite candy bar! I went ahead and used a whole pkg of caramels (50) and 1 1/2 tbsp of water. I love caramel and the little bit extra made the peanut/caramel mix easier to spread. Next time I will try it with pecans:)

This is a nice moist cake! I added 3C. of rhubarb (only because thats how much I ended up with after chopping it up), doubled the topping, only adding almonds in it and not the cake part; poured it into a 9x13 pan and baked it an extra 5 mins.
