Oven Ribs
These are reallymoist and tender! I used EMRILS ESSENCE to season the ribs and then seared on the grill on high heat for a couple minutes each side. I then used my broiler pan with some water in the bottom and put the ribs on the vented tray and covered with SWEET BABY RAY'S. I then used foil to make a tent so it could steam while it cooked for a couple hours. when done , I put some more BBQ sauce on it and put under the broiler for a few minutes to carmelize the BBQ sauce. Fell off the bone goodness!

Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas
I have been making refried beans and after making this recipe my husband said he would rather have this instead! The only thing I did different was double the pieces of bacon because I had no ham on hand (tastes great without it!). I also didn't have the jalapeno so I substituted 3 anaheim peppers and left out the bell pepper. Will definatly make again!

Chocolate Crinkles II
These are good, but could use chocolate chips or some kind of flavored chip to to make them even better.Next time I make these I will also try using coffee liqueur in place of vanilla. I also sprayed the pan with cooking spray instead of using parchment paper and had no problem with sticking.
