Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2013
These are the best turkey burgers I've ever had! This is the first time I've ever eaten one and not missed and not missed eating a real one. If you want them to be even better, throw them on the grill like I did!

Orange Soy Pork Loin

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
This was delicious! I used reduced sodium soy sauce to cut back on the sodium, and my wife and I tore it up. I can't wait for the leftovers. As others have said, you can't really taste the orange, but who cares because it tastes so great. I didn't make gravy from the sauce (just to cut back on sodium again), but I could only imagine how delicious that would be!

Crab Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2012
Made this for my wife and I tonight and let's just say if we weren't trying to watch her sodium intake, there would not be any left! This was delicious. I used butter and milk in place of the heavy cream since we didn't have any. I also added a little Old Bay since I'm a Virginia boy and we love that. We can't wait to eat the rest!

Stewed Squash

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2012
I'm not really a squash eater and neither is my wife, but we tried this out tonight just to try something different and we both loved it. As others have said, I didn't think the water was necessary. After the squash had browned, I added a little just to help the cooking, but that was it. Definitely not the 2 cups. The squash tasted great!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
This sauce is delicious! Like most of the reviewers, I cooked it stove top first. I had the chicken in the oven while the sauce cooked. I then poured half of the sauce on the chicken (I used leg quarters), cooked for about 20 min, and then poured the rest of the sauce on the chicken and cooked the rest of the way. I did not add any cornstarch or flour and it caramelized very well like this. Can't wait for the leftovers!

Pineapple Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
This was pretty good. My wife enjoyed it and it was a nice change for dinner. I did have to leave it in the oven for about 40-45 min until it was done.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
This was really good. I used 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder instead of the garlic cloves and I added honey just because I really like honey. I made mine in a skillet so only used 2 onions instead of the 5 and that turned out to be plenty. I marinated in a freezer bag turning it over when I thought about it for the two hours that it called for. It was great so I could only imagine what it would taste like if I were able to marinade longer.

Italian Baked Cannelloni

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2011
I had this for the first time in Italy last summer and was determined to find it here, but I haven't really found it in restaurants so just tried it out myself. I had my hopes up and this did not let me down. My wife ate it (for the first time), and said that she loved it. It takes a while to make, but as my wife said "it's worth it."

Beefy Cheesy Pasta

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
As others have said, the mixture of cheese and soy sauce was different, but this simple dish is delicious. Me and my wife were shocked at how good this turned out. Kinda tastes like a much better version of hamburger helper. One thing I added was a little sharp cheddar cheese just because of the fact I love it. Thought it was a pretty good addition. I look forward to eating it for lunch tomorrow.

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
I love restaurant/pub boneless buffalo wings so I was a bit hesitant to try this out. I have to say that these were delicious! The breading was soft and crispy which is the way I love it. They are so good that you don't even need the sauce, but the sauce works great too. Next time I'm gonna try out some different sauces too. I can't wait to have some of my friends try these out!
