My cooking tragedies
I don't know what I was trying to make when we first got married, but whatever it was I wouldn't even allow the dogs to eat it. Not sure what happened there . . . That's the only time I can remember making something I absolutely could not and would not eat. Thankfully, my husband opted to keep me around anyway!

Taco Soup II
As this was cooking, I thought that it smelled like it might taste bland . . . HOW WRONG I WAS! This is delicious made exactly as described in the recipe. I make my own dry ranch dressing mix and used 3 tablespoons of that for the package that it called for. It was fantastic!! I will be making this one again!!!

Blueberry Streusel Cobbler
I used frozen blueberries since the recipe said that you could use that. I'm sure it would have been better with fresh blueberries, but with frozen blueberries it was just too sweet -- especially with the sauce. I've read other reviews that said it was better the second night, so my fingers are crossed. . . .

Blue Cheese Ball
Made this tonight and couldn't wait to chill it and make it into a ball -- it is absolutely delicious! Especially if you are looking for a cheese ball with a good sharp taste to it! I made no substitutions -- only used New York Sharp Cheddar (which is a very sharp variety). This one is going into my "make again" file!
