Cheese Stuffed Turkey Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2011
This was great and at an hour not dry at all. I used this as a base recipe. What I did differently is I added one tsp olive oil to the meat mixture, used seasoned bread crumbs, instead of the adobo seasoning I used a tsp of onion powder, 1.5 tsp of garlic powder, two dashes paprika, and a dash of ground mustard. I also mixed in 1/4 cup of cheese into the meat mixture. In the filling I added broccoli florets to the cheese and it was amazing.

Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2012
Used this for my first time making ribs. Turned out fantastically! The BBQ sauce is amazing. I did add a little local unfiltered mesquite honey as I like a sweet sauce. I can't believe how simple and delicious this was! I kept seeing recopies that took hours or even days to prep and cook. These taste like you took all day to make them.

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
This has been the best loaf so far for my wife's sandwiches. I use half bread flour and half whole wheat. I also add flax seeds, wheat germ, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Still the lightest and fluffiest.

Beef Barley Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
The wife and I both really liked this recipe. I did not have any peas so those were not added. But, I did add mushrooms and sauteed those with the other veggies. I also used stew beef and cooked it with the sauteing vegetables. I added the beef about half way through so the veggies had already started cooking and releasing their juices. I also used regular barley and just let it simmer a little longer.

Sauerkraut Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
I am from Ohio and now live in Tucson, AZ. I have been missing Kraut Balls for years and have tried other recipes to no avail. This one is PERFECT! Just like I remember back home. Thank you for sharing it NC State Trooper. We served them at our own little Oktoberfest that we hold since the local one here has mostly Mexican and some Irish food with only one Marzen beer. They were a hit!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: May 12, 2011
This was great! I used fresh spinach, low fat ricotta, organic broth, vegi's and herbs and no boil lasagna noodles. I also added mushrooms in with the onions and garlic. Did not really add to or take away from anything. My partner loved it as well. Can't wait for left-overs tomorrow.

Chicken Sauerkraut Potato Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
Quick to put together. Tastes ok, something is missing though. May have to play with this one. I used sliced potato's and fresh chicken breasts. They worked fine.

Turkey Brine

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2011
Used this for our turkey and will be using it for a chicken as well. The gravy was amazing and the meat was the best we have ever had. There were no left-overs this year!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2012
We love this chicken both on the grill and I even cook it in a frying pan with the marinade. I have yet to use liquid smoke because I don't have any and it still tastes great and makes the juiciest chicken.

Lentil Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
Great recipe. I had to add a little sugar because the amount of vinegar called for was a little too much for my taste. I also add split peas and orzo to the soup.
