Mom's Best Pork Chops
These are pretty good. It would seem like saltines would make for a quite salty pork chop but, they aren't and they turn out nice. Be careful about cook time though. I left mine in a little bit too long. Should probably check them every ten to fifteen minutes.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Not only is this a mess they turn out way too salty. I was disappointed. I thought with so many good reviews this was sure to taste as good if not better than store bought. Not at all! They are like licking a salt block. Also, as it ends up it is cheaper to buy store bought with the cost of cheese right now. MIGHT turn out okay if you use plain bread crumbs with just a TOUCH of Italian seasoning.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast
Just okay. The gravy is a bit sweet. Overall it's just okay. I probaby will not make this again. At least not the exact same way. On a side note if you are worried about putting just dry onion mix on the bottom, don't be. The meat really does produce enough juices to make a good...but too sweet gravy.
