Double Tomato Bruschetta

I use a crusty cracked wheat sourdough bread, grill it with olive oil and cracked pepper/garlic mix and add feta sliced heirlooms basil and balsamic, do this on a grill on top of the stove. Everyone loves them

Irish Soda Bread

Best I have had, everyone loved it, we had quite a feast last night, St. Paddy's Day. Don't use flour on top, I used some sugar and it was perfect. Also soaked the currents in GranMarnier.
