Spinach Brownies
do NOT substitute two 10oz packages of frozen spinach for fresh. there was waaaay too much spinach in the first batch i made. i should've known better - fresh spinach reduces once it's cooked. but i did what 'bownlingnut' suggested, and it was disgusting. one 10oz package of frozen spinach is all that should be used.
i also added a pound of cooked/crumbled bacon, sauteed a whole vidalia onion with garlic in 2tbsp of bacon grease, and about a tsp of onion and garlic powders. finally edible.
