Stuffed Peppers
I used to hate bell peppers and now I love cooking them this way! I made them today and I was kind of lazy to go buy tomatoe sauce etc etc.. so I used a can of store bought spaghetti sauce.. .99 cents :) all I did was brown the meat, steamed the rice.. mixed together with the spaghetti sauce and added some parmesan cheese to the mixture and then spooned inside of the peppers and baked for 45 mins and topped with mozzarella cheese and omg it was soooo good!

Empanadas (Beef Turnovers)
I absolutely LOVED this recipe. I made it for my grandmas bday dinner served it with some rice, and shredded cabbage.. with sour cream and cotija cheese and a salsa. I had to run back to the store to get more goya discs. I plan on making this for a potluck at work. AMAZING must try recipe. I didnt use the sofrito since they stores did have any in stock.. so i just chopped up some fresh tomatoes, cilantro and added it to the beef mixture. Great recipe. Thank you!

Lentil Soup
I think the recipe owner left out Chicken Broth or added chicken bouillon/beef bouillon.. otherwise there is no flavor to this lentil soup. I think any cook knows this. Other than that missing ingredient everything is on point and this is my go to recipe for lentil soup..again just replace the water with chicken broth. Then when i serve it i also add fresh chopped onion and cilantro with tapatio and lime wedges. Super good!
