Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Tasted delicious! I used only 1 tbl of chili powder, which was perfect! I also baked it at 325 until it reached 160 degrees. Super tender and super flavorful.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Very good! To make it healthier, I only used 1 tablespoon of butter and about 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and it still came out delicious!

Onion Baked Chicken

This was a really good easy recipe. The chicken was moist, however the crumb mixture on the bottom of the chicken got a little soggy for some reason. I think next time I will also add some spices to add a little more flavor. However, I think that this recipe is good for a quick night dinner. I will make this again.

Baked Spiced Chicken

Very good! My boyfriend usually hates baked chicken but loved this recipe! I used a 1/2 tablespoon of paprika instead. It was just the right amount of spice! I am definitely adding this recipe to my favorites.
