Kale and Mushroom Side
This is the only way I have made kale so far and liked it. I followed direction closely but not exact. Just used regular oil. Anyway as long as you don't change it too much you can't go wrong with this recipe.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
I used the 16 oz bag but used celery seed instead of poppy seeds. Basically when I put this together it tasted just like miracle whip. It did not taste like slaw. That was yucky. I had to add bunch more vinegar and oil and then a little more sugar. Then it tasted like slaw should. It got juicier over night. The miracle whip is way too much for this recipe. As for sugar how much you want will vary per person and needs to be adjusted when cooking or preparing. I like mine sweet. Ill rate it as OK because it seemed to work for so many people and it was great after I diluted the salad dressing with vinegar and oil.

Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
I love these cookies. I added a pinch of cinnimon and a pinch of pumpkin spice. The cream filling I turned to frosting because it seemed better that way and I did not have much peanut butter left. I added crisco butter flavor a little peanut butter with the powdered sugar to make the frosting. Even without my changes these are excellent.
