this will be the second time I make this cake. I made it last time and thought I messed it up. I used vanilla pudding and added some cocoa. i added half cup flour to offset the extra moisture. Everything else I did according to the recipe except I took it out fifteen minutes early because I thought it was burning. It was one of the best cakes I ever had. And I had a lot of cake. this time I don't have a full cup of vegetable oil so I used the rest of my butter melted and used apple sauce to top it off. I have used all separately but never together. My guess is it will work fabulously. It better it is my birthday cake and it's ten o'clock at night. I am gonna top it off with a chocolate ganache this time.
