Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

i did change a few things here no butter, bit more cream (elmlea light)bit more wine, did nt have any artichoke hearts so i did without and had a few more mushrooms. other than that i thought the recipe fab (and quick!) and would definatly make again

this was yummy, i would add a bit more pepper next time and i think it could probably lose the butter thats stirred in at the end if you need to watch the fat content.

i couldnt wait to make these, so i subbed the pork with quality pork sausages, i added some spring onion and some chinese five spice powder just for luck, it was lovely i am going to make veggie ones next time.
