Shoyu Chicken
Amazing! Marinated for 48 hours in everything except the cayenne pepper and the onion (I subbed in dried onion flakes as I has no onions on hand), and cooked in the oven for 40 mins @ 350F. It is DEFINITELY a spicy dish! My other half insisted on making another serving of the marinade to use as a sauce - not a bad idea, though our mouths were on fire for a while! Next time, will just serve the chicken as is, with no extra marinade, to keep the spiciness down a bit :) Excellent recipe, definitely a keeper!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
AMAZING home cooked pulled pork! Tastes just as great as when I make it with the seasoning packets from the grocery store - better even! The only change I made was to use regular vinegar instead of cider (I didn't have any in the house) but it was still fantastic! I did find the onion a tad overpowering, so I will probably cut it down next time...but overall...will definitely make again!

Baked Ziti III
This was a wonderful pasta dish! It took quite a bit longer to cook than I anticipated though. I would add a bit more basil throughout the dish next time though, just to amp up the flavour.
