This pudding was awful! I can't believe how much cocoa it called for . After eating one serving, both my husband and I felt sick. We both had headaches and stomachaches. Maybe this would have been good if there had been a 1/4 of the cocoa. Wow, caffine overload!

Gingerbread Cookie Mix in a Jar

Delicious gingerbread cookies! The best I've had. Fun to make too. I took other people's suggestion and added the tablespoon of vinegar and they weren't one bit crubly. They stayed fresh tasting and chewing for over a week! I was shocked. Definitely will make again.

Baked Chicken Reuben

Both my husband and I really like this recipe as long as we didn't eat too much of it. It can become a litte over powering with all the sauerkraut and Thousand Island Dressing. In order to soak up some of the juices, I topped the caserole with rye bread cubes near the end of the cooking time. This made it even more authentically Reuben.

No-Peek Beef Stew

A wonderful tender stew! To make a complete meal out of this, I added carrots and potatoes. I also added a packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix to it.

Sticky Buns I

The dough for these sticky buns is wonderful! I will definitely make these again. My only complaint with the recipe is the amount of "sticky stuff" it makes. I made a note on the recipe to double that part next time.
