Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
WOW. If you are looking to make a LARGER dish of this amazing pie, the results are just as DELICIOUS!! I used a glass 13x9 inch pan, and cut my pie pastry crust to cover the full bottom and sides. I lightly browned the crust in the oven (instead of using egg whites) and it was nice and toasty in the end.. I only used 10 Granny Smith Apples, but you could possibly mound one or two more in the dish. I added the suggested tsp. of cinnamon and dash of nutmeg to the flour mixture, and baked the large pie at 350 degrees F for about 50- 60 minutes. I didn't need to cover it with tin foil near the end, but I would keep checking just in case. My guests LOVED THIS PIE, and there was PLENTY to go around!! EXCELLENT Grandma Ople. :)

Chicken Meatball Soup
AMAZING MEATBALLS!! The only thing I added was a little bit of minced garlic and a tiny bit of sliced zucchini (which REALLY adds moisture to ground chicken or turkey.) Afterward, I tossed fresh spinach into the soup as well.. DELICIOUS! I will definitely save this one!!

Teriyaki Chicken
Excellent!! I have used this recipe with a 4lb chicken (cut into four large pieces). I have followed the exact marinade recipe, but have also substituted the sugar for honey and used low-sodium soy sauce. Cutting the chicken into pieces makes a HUGE difference with how moist your chicken can be! Guests LOVE this chicken!!
