Grilled Marinated Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
This recipe is GREAT! I followed it to a T and it was almost perfect (I expected more of a kick, but that's OK). I think the TYPE of hot pepper sauce used will determine how spicy it is. I used Louisiana and the shrimp turned out mild. Next time I will use extra, or a spicier sauce. We ate this with a sides of rice pilaf and extra lemon wedges. DELICIOUS!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2012
This dressing IS absolutely perfect on any Greek salad. It compliments the flavor of the kalamata olives and feta cheese. Greate with tomatoes too! The only change I have made is using slightly less vinegar. Other than that, this dressing is awesome!

The Best Meatballs

Reviewed: May 26, 2012
The meatballs this recipe produces are excellent!! I much prefer Italian sausage and meat sauce with my spaghetti, but when it came to these meatballs, I wanted to eat them all myself! I doubled the recipe, but it just wasn't enough. I should have tripled it. Thanks Geanine!

Spaghetti Italian

Reviewed: May 26, 2012
Not a bad sauce. It is very acidic if you follow the recipe exactly. I doubled the recipe to 12 servings, and followed it exactly except for one thing - I used roughly half the amount of tomato sauce. A total of 32 ounces and no more. This alleviates the acidity of the sauce significantly.

Italian Dressing Mix

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
Good recipe! No need for store bought brands anymore. However, I changed things up to my liking. Skipped the 2 tablespoons of salt and instead added salt to taste AFTER it was mixed. I use a little less than 2/3 cup OLIVE oil, and use red wine vinegar instead. The dressing becomes a little thicker when cold, so if separation is a problem for you, let it chill thoroughly.
