Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
This recipe was soo easy to make and turned out wonderful. The great part is how easy it is to modify the recipe and give it a bit more personalization. We suggest parsley and maybe a bit more black pepper.

Very Chocolate Ice Cream

Reviewed: May 28, 2007
superb recipe. I did some changing around by adding more chocolate and used 2 hot chocolate packets instead of cocoa powder. I also added a bit more vanilla and it tasted great. (I dont suggest messing with the vanilla amount.. cept my wife wants vanilla in everything. )

Cuban Black Beans I

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2004
This was a very easy and cheap chili that strays from the normal American chili. I really love black beans and this recipe worked for me the first time! (usually takes 2 or more times to master the recipe.) Sometimes I add a few cups of corn and it brings a sweeter taste and a bit more color to the chili. Great.

Tasty Tuna Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2003
My family is out of cash and we have canned tuna specially for these hard times, so making this recipe was perfect. It took 30 minutes to make from start to finish along with cooking baked potatoes. Everyone absolutely loved this recipe and the cost is so low even paupers like me can live like kings. (stomach-wise) hehe Seriously, this is a lightning fast, budget friendly and super yummy recipe.. it is also very forgiving when you dont have all the ingredients.

Donna's Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2002
I have recieved rave reviews from friends that come and try this dish! Some have gone as far to say it is the best lasagne they have eaten. I really love it, but I do add one or two things from the origional recipe. I add chopped zucchini and mushrooms to two of the layers. I also use mozerrella more than I use parmesan cheeze. I have found this to make it even better for me. Great Recipe.
