Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

The fruit salsa is amazingly good and the cinnamon chips really impressed family/friends. You can even make this recipe low sugar by using Splenda in the salsa and on the cinnamon chips. You can also use whole wheat tortillas to make this recipe even more healthy. If using Splenda and whole wheat tortillas, use a light hand when sprinkling the tortillas and bake them in the lower end of the time range. A fabulous (and healthy!) recipe!

Snicky Snackies

It was alright but the ratio of pretzels/nuts to caramel mixture was off. They were too gooey and clumpy. You could probably get by with 2/3 of the caramel mixture and have a better result.

Raspberry Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Great tasting cookie with good texture. Beware of putting too much jam/jelly/preserves as it runs in the oven. Make the "thumbprint" deep enough to contain your topping (my main problem). The colors are nice and if well made, are quite impressive looking. I'm sure I'll get rave reviews when i take these to work!

Chewy Chocolate Cookies I

Rave reviews for this cookie! Chewy with a great chocolate taste. They don't transport too well, due to their tendency to fall apart. Regardless of their crumbly nature, they are excellent!

Tasty Tortellinis

They were fabulous. The only problem I had with them was the flavor not holding up between my prep time and our picnic time (about 3 hours). Even with refrigeration, it didn't hold. In the future, I'll just prepare them and eat them soon after. All in all, a great recipe.

Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

Honey Nut Granola

Definitely a great flavor and combination of nuts and oats. Like the others before me, I'll add a little more honey for bigger chunks. Definitely a great choice for a snack!

Fabulous Fruit Salad

Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar

These cookies are good but a little more crisp than I would prefer. I tried decreasing the cooking time and while it did improve the texture, they still weren't where I'd like them to be. A good recipe but not the absolute best.

Easy Sugar Cookies

I made these to be taken to a party at work. The only problem was that I didn't have any of the cookies to take home with me! I'll definitely make them again. They're easy to make and taste great. They've got a terrific texture with a slightly chewy center and crispy outer edges. These cookies are delicious and easy, the perfect combination!

Self Frosting Oatmeal Cookies

The cookies turned out great. The one problem I encountered (and easily corrected) was putting too much powdered sugar on the cookies. If you put too much on, it won't melt into the cookies and you're left with big white patches, not icing. Just make sure to pat off all the loose powdered sugar and you'll be fine! Everyone loved these cookies. They're chewy with the perfect amount of crisp. The texture is very good and the taste is perfect.
