We really enjoyed this with boneless, skinless thighs. I did not use all the sugar as called for and will cut back even more next time. I'm also a little concerned about the sodium so I will try a low sodium soy sauce next time. Baked covered with foil for about 40 mins total. Sauce really is excellent. I think it would be best with plain rice and broccoli or steamed snow peas. Don't let anything compete with the sauce. This will be easy to feed a crowd - I'm thinking next food day at work.
