PHILADELPHIA Creamy Pasta Primavera

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2013
This was a great recipe to incorporate some veggies I needed to use up. I took other reviewers advice and doubled the sauce and glad I did. I also added some red pepper flakes for a little kick but still fealt the dish could use a bite more seasoning. With a little tweaking this is a keeper.

Amazing! Followed other reviewers suggestions and used half the butter, added minced garlic, doubled the potatoes and used half and half instead of heavy cream.

Jalapeno Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2013
Very good flavor. Only changes I made was that I cooked my chicken in the crockpot (best way to cook chicken for shredding) and I added a can of diced tomatoes with chillis to the onions and jalapenos.

Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Liked everything about this but instead of adding pasta to cold ingredients I cooked them with some chicken and used angel hair pasta. Next time I will try it the other way.

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2013
Only made a couple changes after reading other reviews. Added some red pepper flakes and more garlic to stuffing mixture. Also did not salt the chicken but did marinate it in the italian dressing. My kids hated this (very picky eaters) but I liked it. The left overs where great too. Nice change up from the norm, and very easy to put together. Will keep it in mind for another night, this time when my husbands home.

The Best Parmesan Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2013
I liked this, but my family thought it was so-so. I liked how it was all together in one pan and very simple, great for a busy week night. I did add more red pepper and garlic (love both) and served noodles on the side for the kids.

Pork Steaks

Used sweet onions, instead of green, more garlic and butter, less soy sauce (all about what you and your family likes). Pork was super moist and had tons of flavor!

Hot 'n' Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
I am a big fan of buffalo sauce so this was a big hit with me. My husband loved it but the kids not so much. For me the blue cheese was a bit over powering. Next time I will try a different cheese.

Our family eats a lot of green beans so this was a nice change to our regular ones. Will make it again (just not often, not so healthy)

Amazing! Only changes I made were a bit more cinnamon and omitted the nuts (personal preference). Baked in four mini loafs for 60 min.

Was good, but not one I will make often. Added pineapple tidbits and tried to play up the flavor and still think it was lacking something.

Royal Icing I

First time followed amounts and had to add a lot more powdered sugar. Second time halfed the egg whites and simply kept adding sugar till I got the thickness I wanted. Love how fast it hardens.
