Batman's Best Caesar Dressing
Made a half batch as directed...It was ok...I used it as a base to tweek the ingredients more to my liking. I do like anchovy paste as apposed to some other reviewers so I kept that. I added: more garlic, more lemon, more vinegar (white balsamic) and I used 3 T of heavy cream insted of sour cream as I didn't have any. I also added pepper. Like i said, a nice base...but I wouldn't serve as written.

Ladybug's Seattle Salmon
This was pretty good. I used a whole onion and sliced it so that it became part of the dish. I also added some dill. The cheddar I used was a white herbed good! I did run out of mayonaise however, so I used some cream and yougurt instead.

Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup
I thought this was delish! I ate the left overs for more than a week at work. Just added a dollop o f sour cream and was good to go. Usually I add things or remove things here or there, this one however I did not as I have never tried to make Borscht before. I did use the pork sausage, but my Ukrainian student whom I showed the recipe to said it was very strange for there to be pork sausage. She suggested beef.
