Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
These were really tasty and easy to make. I wish I had read the reviews first and had doubled the sauce though, because it definitely needs more sauce!

White Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2004
This was very good! I agree with some of the reviews that the color was kind of unappealing. Be sure to use a thick salsa or picante sauce so it's not runny.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2004
I used frozen cubed chicken and Texas Pete buffalo sauce. Hubby was a little skeptical, but we ended up loving it! Next time, we are going to buy breaded chicken strips to cut up and add a little wing sauce to the blue cheese.

Brown Sugar Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2004
We liked this recipe. I only baked the chops for 30 minutes and they came out perfect. They were nice and moist and had a sweet flavor.

Hot Corn Dip

Reviewed: May 10, 2004
My guests were a little skeptical at first because of all of the corn, but it was so addictive! It needs a little 'kick,' so next time I may add hot sauce and maybe some sharp cheddar cheese.

Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: May 5, 2004
We substituted coke for beer (there was only one beer left in the fridge and hubby didn't want to sacrifice it!). It smelled so good cooking. The chicken was very moist and held a lot of flavor.

Tartar Sauce I

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2004
My husband made catfish last night and we didn't have any tartar sauce. I whipped this recipe right up and it tasted great! It'll probably taste better after being refrigerated overnight so the flavors will blend. No more store bought tartar sauce for me either.

Grilled Gyro Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2004
These were so good. The burgers were very moist and had a great flavor. I served them on hamburger buns because of all of the reviews of the pita bread falling apart and just spooned the sauce over the burgers.

Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2004
This was a great recipe! I used chicken breasts and due to a change in dinner plans, they marinated for 2 days. I baked them at 350 for about 45 minutes and they were so juicy and had a lot of flavor.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2004
These were very tasty. They fell apart easily after they were cooked so they didn't have a great presentation. I have a lot of filling left over and I used 10 6" tortillas, so I may halve the filling recipe next time.

This was very good. The chops had a sweet flavor and were very moist. It made a lot of sauce, so you can probaby cut down some of the ingredients.

Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2003
My mom made this for Christmas dinner and it was so good! She chopped up the broccoli very fine after cooking it. This recipe makes more than 12 servings - we had 10 adults eating it and still had some left over.

Snowballs II

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2003
My Grandma makes these cookies every Christmas, and this recipe tastes just like hers. They are very good. I only used 1/2 cup of pecans because a full cup seemed like too much.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

We really liked this. I didn't have enough cheddar cheese, but it was still good! My husband put hot sauce on his to spice it up.

Musaka

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2003
We really like this. I browned the ground beef in a little bit of olive oil and then drained the oil and fat. The potatoes were a tiny bit crunchy, but not too bad. I loved the yogurt sauce. My husband mixed a little barbeque sauce in with his to give it a little zing.

Chocolate Bar Fondue

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2003
I used a store brand milk chocolate chunks and it was so good! It didn't really have a 'coffee' flavor to me - it tasted more like brownie mix!

Tom Ka Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup)

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2003
This tasted just like the soup we've had at a local restaurant. We loved it! I used soy sauce instead of fish sauce and we added more cayenne to make it spicier.
