Simple Scones

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2014
I have made these scones for breakfast whenever we have company, which is often, and always get rave reviews. My personal favorite is to use cherries with almond extract. I use a pastry cutter to work in the butter and it is much easier. Definitely recommend this recipe!

Devil's Food Cake I

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2014
I whipped this together for my grandchildren and they loved it! I didn't have squares of chocolate, so used 3 TBSP of cocoa with an extra TBSP of butter per square, and instead of the vinegar, I used actual buttermilk. It went together so quickly and it was moist and delicious. I made a cocoa buttercream icing. Wi!ll definitely make again

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
I've made this recipe for a couple of years and will never try another. It is the absolute best caramel corn! If you use almonds, real butter, and pop your own popcorn, you will experience a premium caramel corn! I sent some to my sister-in-law and she said it was the best she has EVER eaten. Highly recommend!
