Grilled Mustard Potato Salad
Magnificent! I made homemade "Dijon" style mustard months ago and was pleasantly surprised how well the flavors melded and complimented each other. Just before serving, I chop up fresh tarragon and parsley, squeez in one fresh lemon and toss in some kosher salt. This is the most requested salad by even the pickiest of eaters in our family. Thank you!!!!

Hot Italian Giardiniera
Double the batch, it evaporates once you present an open jar to your guests. I wouldn't change a thing and I've made this five times in a three month period. Family and friends are asking for this in lieu of jams for Christmas food gifts. LOVE IT...

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
The ULTIMATE sugar cookie recipe. The original recipe is perfect but I wanted a bit of a variation from vanilla flavored cookies. I substitued the vanilla extract with lemon extract and added lemon zest 1 tsp. these cookies are melt in your mouth delectable. Chill the dough and I use my Grandmother's glass rolling pin filled with ice and I can rival even professional bakers with this recipe!
