Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

This is my second time to bake the cheese cake. It was good but the bottom crust got very dry. Everyone just eat the top part and threw the bottom away. I will definately try again.

Twice-Cooked Coconut Shrimp

I ran out of the time when I cooked 4 other dishese; so I didn't bake the shrimp after I fried it. It was a very tasty though. Everyone loves it even the picky kids.

This is a good soup. It was a little bit too salty for me. I will either add 1/2 cup more of water or just put half of the chicken bouillon next time .

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

The chicken tastes sooooo good. I can't stop eating it. My husband loves it very much too. I would definately make it again and I would put a foil on the bottom of the dish before I bake it. It is very hard to get the burned sticky stuff out of my dish.
