Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

While the recipe is excellent, I quite often make it using very lean ground beef. Brown the beef in a small pot, add the flour to the beef,stir, then add the milk to the mixture. It will thicken quite fast and eliminates the job of making a roux. I then add a touch of wostershire sauce and some onion powder, garlic powder and salt/pepper to taste.

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

I made this recipe the other day and I found it could be an excellent recipe however, the tablespoon of black pepper was way too much. It made it absolutely horrible to eat. I will make it again but with about 1/8th tsp of pepper and will add a little onion. I will also cut the recipe by half. It makes just too much. I used the healthy choice Campbells soup as its less sodium.
