Hogs and Kisses
Addictingly good! I actually snapped the bacon into bite-size pieces before throwing them into the bowl of melted chocolate. If the chocolate is too thick, add a splash of milk. I also baked my bacon over a rack placed over a foil lined baking sheet until really crispy. I put them onto a paper towel to soak up the rest of the grease & waited for them to cool before throwing them into the bowl of melted chocolate.

Spinach and Rice (Spanakorizo)
I added scallions & used frozen spinach. Very tasty dish! This is a staple in our household, not just a side dish. Sprinkle it with some great high quality feta to finish. As another reviewer mentioned, the cooking method could have been better & made this 5 stars. Saute' your rice with the onions & then add the tomato sauce, hot broth/water, spinach & other ingredients. Remember to rinse your dry rice to get rid of some of that extra starch too.

Pumpkin Cake III
Very good cake. The only change I made was that I used 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon. Everything else I kept the same & it turned out great. Used Cream Cheese Frosting II (by JJ) from this site. This cake was VERY moist & flavorful
