Turkey Cocktail Meatballs with Orange Cranberry Glaze
BIG hit. My go-to app recipe for meatballs. everyone loved them. glaze came out nice, and tangy taste was great. they vanished!

Sweet Potato Oranges
this was a great tasting unusual addition to my thanksgiving dinner. i put each serving in ramekins, so everyone had their own. Everyone LOVED it! just a little sweet ( and i like sweet things). i chilled the pecan mixture overnight so they hardened, and then microwaved them in the morning so soften up and be placed on the sweet potato as pictured. otherwise the sweet mixture is too thin and will not look like the picture. they looked fantastic on the table.

Bobbie's Oatmeal Cookies
I've now made these twice. They came out to Perfection both times. I did make variations, but the core ingredients are what make this a 5 star cookie. They came out perfectly soft and chewy in the center, light golden brown on the bottoms. I did have to cook about 12-13 minutes, not 8-10 as recipe states, they would have been underdone. here were my variations- added: COCONUT 1 cup(OMG too good), about tablespoon each of ALLSPICE and CINNIMON. Eliminated: nuts. For SURE this is my go to recipe for oatmeal cookies- and will keep trying more variations!
