Baked Pork Chops I
Amazing. I have been looking for a good pork chop recipe and this is it. I made the following adjustments: After frying the chops and removing I added some onions to the pan and fried them until brown, then added 3 cloves of minced garlic for a minute, added Cream of Mushroom and Golden Mushroom and doubled the wine and milk for more sauce. Baked for 30/30 minutes without and then with the sauce.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Excellent. I have a friend who hates cabbage with a passion and calls brussel sprouts "baby cabbages". When I made these at first he refused to eat them, then relented and in the end said "Hey, these aren't bad". Tweaked a little: 1) Cut them in half 2) Used some garlic powder 3) Baked on parchment paper/cookie sheet and mid way through, placed another cookie sheet on top and flipped the whole thing. 4) Bake until golden brown, not black. They came our a little crunchy and very flavorful.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was awful. I was apprehensive making this as half of the ingredience came out of a can...and now I can confirm thats what it tasted like. The only reason I tried it was the abundance of good reviews. I followed the recipe to the letter and it came out "canned food" tasteless with gooey, goopy dumplings as a final assault to my taste budds. Seriously, I'm not hard to please; I just dont get all the good reviews.
