Zesty Porcupine Meatballs
Great recipe. I used the full amount of Worcestershire Sauce, and added a couple of shakes of hot pepper sauce to the meat mixture. I used regular rice, browned the meatballs and put everything in the slow cooker. Meatballs were very moist and the rice was done. The only thing I would do differently would be to add a can of water to my soup mixture. Because I used a slow cooker, my sauce was too thick (though very tasty).

Mama's Oh-So-Savory Lamb and Eggplant Casserole
A very good recipe. This is a keeper. Other than using canned tomatoes, I followed the recipe exactly. Direction number six should say transfer one-half of the sauce to the casserole dish. I halved the recipe for the two of us and we had plenty left over for another night's dinner. I did serve a big salad and a side vegetable with it.

Pork Supreme
A good solid recipe that helped me use up some pork tenderloin left from the holidays. Husband really liked it; I thought it was OK. I cut the brown sugar in half so the sweetness was just right for our taste. As per other reviews I used one onion (I was making a half recipe.) Also used unsalted butter and no salt tomato sauce. I served it with egg noodles. Easy and comforting. This will be a repeat with the rest of the pork loin.
