About this Cook
I am 25 year old guy I like to cook just about anything, especially old fashioned food (country cooking) I also am a good mechanic, welder, fabricater, sewer, yes I also crochay! I like to ride my 2006 honda steet bike. I don't like people who are rude, as you can tell by my first review. I think you should encourage people to do better. You also shouldn't tell somebody that you like their food if you don't, but do not be rude! simply make helpful sugestions so they too will be able to cook better. there will always be somebody better at something than somebody else. This doesn't give us an excuse to tear people down. Oh i also like really sour candy
My favorite things to cook
anything that sounds good or that looks tasty. I like to create my own recipes, but if my version doesn't go well I'm not afraid to ask for help. The only dumb question is the one not asked.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I really don't have a family cooking tradition, but I do make a ham on holidays so it might count. I will be sending in the recipe as soon as I find my camera's data link cable
My cooking triumphs
I have made my own home made enchiladas, even the tortilas, which might sound like a boring thing to somebody else you wouldn't think so if you make them there is a 100% difference in the taste and it is very satisfying once you take the first bite knowing you didn't short cut the recipe with a store bought tortila
My cooking tragedies
I think ahead of time about what something will taste like if I add this or that to ceate a mouth watering dish

Hamburger Buns
I would like to apologize for those who can't help but be rude. I see nothing wrong with this recipe. If others are not getting good results from this recipe it might be because of altitude (yeast rising) also room temp. I would also like to add that if I'm in a good mood my food shows it. If I'm in a bad mood my food is not too good. My self I love to cook anything home made and thank you for sharing your recipe. Lee Hay
