Awesome soup with one warning: There is no way that the original recipe makes enough soup for six people. That is a disappointment when you're making it for all your university buddies.... It barely made enough for four of us. Anyways, awesome recipe! I didn't have any cloves, so I added about 4 cloves of garlic, a dash or two of dried basil and a bit of fresh thyme and sage and pureed it all together. It was great! :D
